The participation fee depends on the selected participation type:

Full 3-day programme (Wednesday–Friday):

• 290  EUR for EBSN members, preliminary members, representatives of local /Portuguese/ organisations, and accepted presenters representing non-member organisations
• 370 EUR for non-EBSN members.

2-day participation (Thursday–Friday):

• 250  EUR for EBSN members, preliminary members, representatives of local /Portuguese/ organisations, and accepted presenters representing non-member organisations
• 330 EUR for non-EBSN members.

The 3-day participation fee includes access to the Wednesday opening programme, offering additional opportunities for networking, exchange of good practices and peer learning, as well as the General Assembly, the full conference, coffee breaks, three lunches and one conference dinner.

The 2-day participation fee includes access to the conference on Thursday and Friday, coffee breaks, two lunches and one conference dinner.

Participants registering for the full 3-day programme will be able to join the Wednesday opening programme on 17 June before the General Assembly. This part of the event will focus on networking, exchange and peer learning, and may also include a local visit to a relevant initiative or project in Lisbon. Further details will be confirmed soon. Lunch on Wednesday is included for participants selecting the full 3-day programme.

In the “Conference Market Area” the participants can present relevant national or regional programs, projects or research results, and teaching resource packages. All participants will have access to the online marketplace on Padlet, while for those requesting a physical exhibition area will also be available. The space offered will depend on the number of requests received by the Secretariat. Any technical equipment should be assured by the exhibitors themselves.
